  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 kilos Brussels sprouts, off the stem

  • 4 garlic cloves

  • ½ cup Pecorino Romano cheese (or Parmesan cheese, with an additional pinch salt)
  • ½ cup plain panko (or breadcrumbs)
