Only a fast whats up however I wished to place down just a few photos and issues from the day as a result of they’re so memorable. I really like going again by journey posts and so I believed I’d share just a few issues from yesterday right here…
We met up with the group (aka the nicest folks ever) for the day.
We toured the Fort District and it was fabulous. We’ve got skilled probably the most good climate whereas now we have been right here.
Do you know the president here’s a feminine? I beloved studying this!
I simply want the children to fly right here and be with us and keep for lots longer.
After which we went to the expo! My first worldwide expo.

A couple of observations from the top of the 5k yesterday…
Each race wants this on the end line! Washing the gel and drinks off of our faces and arms after a race asap = sensible.
Lots of people had been consuming bowls of salad that they had been passing out after the race. I’ve by no means seen that!
They didn’t give us baggage for our shirt, pins and bib which was a primary for me at an expo.
Their bag drop space had every little thing hanging up and arranged completely.
My face harm from smiling a lot.
We undoubtedly carbed up and I even tried the squid ink pasta…
I can not consider how a lot enjoyable I’m having doing this all abroad.
