My Pals Nancy and Joseph got here down on Saturday to hike at this finish of the County, so I took them as much as the Mendoza ranch entrance of Harvey Bear County park. We had a pleasant hike circumnavigating Mummy Mountain, about 4 miles.
On Sunday I went for a tough two and a half hour trip on my recumbent. The primary hour and a half was a brisk tempo trip protecting my coronary heart charge about 120. Then I did a bunch of intervals of assorted lengths, adopted by a cooldown. I felt nice on the finish, though a bit of sore the subsequent day. However a neater restoration trip on Monday made me really feel lots higher.
