Yesterday was one in all my two laborious day rides per week. I headed south on the again roads in San Martin, switched to the West facet of the valley on East Center Street, then went north for a bit. The laborious half is that I attempt to hold my coronary heart charge up within the “zone 2” vary for many of the journey, then on the finish, I throw in some sprints. If I do that proper I’m pleasantly drained however not overly so afterwards. I obtained it proper yesterday and felt nice later within the day.
