It was a darkkkkkkk morning for almost all of the run.
Stopped for water photographs haha.
2 x 5 miles, 1 mile simple in between and 1 mile with 200 on/200 off. 6:32 & 6:21 common for the 5 mile units. All flat and tremendous pleased with my pacing.
My largest purpose was to make it dwelling in time to get the women to highschool.
My hearth is making it simpler to come back in from a chilly run and do some energy.
My boys love Costco.
Good porch climate.
