Unsure how we lucked out with non-slippery roads/trails.

6 mile warm-up after which 3 x 3 miles.  The purpose was to remain managed the primary 2 miles of every set after which velocity up for the ultimate mile of every set.  Totally on the roads apart from the primary 1.5 miles of the third set on the roads.

Final 20 miles till 2/18

And I actually needed to roam Goal.

Brooke’s urge for food is lastly again so we went for ice cream.

And performed a lot ping pong.
