Strohmeyer rides solo for house victory at Appeal Metropolis C2 in Maryland



Andrew Strohmeyer (CXD Trek Bikes) rode solo throughout the road and celebrated the boys’s C2 contest at Appeal Metropolis Cross on Sunday in his house state of Maryland. Vincent Baestaens (Spits CX Workforce) out-sprinted US elite males’s champion Curtis White (Steve Tilford Basis Racing) to finish the rostrum.

The reigning U23 US cyclocross champion scored his first win of the season on Sunday, after 4 high 5 finishes from the sooner US Cyclocross Collection occasions. He moved as much as third general within the elite males’s collection standings, 32 factors behind general chief Baestaens, and simply 4 factors in arrears of second-placed Loris Rouiller (Heizomat-Kloster Kitchen). White is fourth general, 8 factors behind Strohmeyer.
