Bunch spring onions, chopped
1 garlic clove, crushed
300g petits pois
750ml good high quality vegetable or rooster inventory, scorching
Giant handful recent basil
60g combined watercress, rocket and spinach salad leaves
150ml pure yogurt
1. Warmth a glug of oil in a big saucepan over a medium warmth. Add the spring onions and prepare dinner for 8 minutes, then add the garlic and prepare dinner for two minutes extra. Stir within the peas, then pour over the recent inventory, season with salt and pepper and simmer for five minutes.
