Tuesday Tangents + Remedy Second

And fortunately, we had markers on the street for our 200m hill dash end.

We did a 3-mile w/u, drills, then began them conservatively and sped up with every one.  We did a 200m jog again down on the grass to the beginning of the repeats, adopted by a c/d.  We ended with 10 miles @ 8:18 tempo.
